No-Hassle Back-to-School Shopping for Teachers and Parents

Teachers can simplify this year's back-to-school shopping for parents by turning to www.TomorrowsClassroom.com. The website, launched this spring, offers a new one-of-a-kind program that enables parents to purchase back-to-school supplies at discounted prices from the convenience of their home. The back-to-school supplies typically arrive via UPS in one package within two business days.

The Back-to-School Shopping Solution (BTSSS) is free to all teachers at any grade level. To participate, teachers simply fax their list of back-to-school supplies to 888.529.MYTC. A custom package is created and posted on the site, where parents and students can order online.

"Our Back-to-School Program was developed as a convenience for both teachers and parents," says Melanie Broemsen, Tomorrow's Classroom founder. "The goal was to make back-to-school shopping as simple as possible for all parties."

For teachers, the innovative program ensures that students have the correct materials in a timely manner. It also offers extra perks, such as downloadable, time-saving handouts and special VIP discounts. Meanwhile, parents eliminate the hassle of fighting crowds and shopping multiple stores to find the best deals. Parents and students can customize the packages, including colors, sizes and quantities, etc.

Parents that cannot locate their child's classroom package on the website can still participate by faxing a list of necessary items to Tomorrow's Classroom.

A portion of the company's proceeds are donated to Child Find of America, Inc., a top-rated non-profit organization that helps to locate missing children. In addition, the company has a Hurricane Katrina Relief Program which offers aid to schools effected by natural disasters and other crises.
